The skeletons were even less of an issue. Ordinary bones infused with some necrotic energy—any trained Age-of-Gods soldier with an iron rod could deal with them.

In short, absolute cannon fodder.

For Ophis, their combat potential didn’t matter in the slightest. Even if each could wrestle a high-class beast barehanded, in her eyes they’d still be cannon fodder.

All she needed to confirm was that none of them were souls from Uruk’s citizens.
